Duration

The Challenge
Barclays needed a digital campaign experience that would resonate with corporate clients while maintaining the trust and authority expected of a global banking brand. The challenge was to create an engaging digital experience that communicated complex financial products clearly, without sacrificing the rigour and compliance standards required in regulated financial services.
The Process
Understanding Regulated Design
Immersed in the specific constraints of financial services design — where every word, every interaction, and every visual hierarchy carries compliance implications. This early experience with regulated industry UX proved foundational for later work in financial services.
Information Architecture & Content Strategy
Developed a content structure that balanced business messaging with user needs. Corporate clients needed to quickly understand complex product offerings, while compliance required specific disclosures and legal language to be prominently placed without undermining the user experience.
Wireframing & Iterative Design
Created wireframes and high-fidelity designs through multiple rounds of stakeholder review. Each iteration refined the balance between visual engagement and informational clarity — learning that in financial services, trust comes from clarity, not decoration.
The Outcome
Delivered a corporate digital campaign experience that met Barclays’ brand standards and compliance requirements while improving user engagement with their corporate product offerings. This project established early grounding in regulated industry design — a specialism that would become central to later career work.
