Sono una consulente CX e designer curiosa con esperienza rilevante nel design digitale, nella strategia di marca e nell'innovazione aziendale. Il mio lavoro incentrato sul cliente ha aiutato persone e organizzazioni a esplorare nuovi modi per creare valore e riaccendere la crescita.
La mia esperienza comprende lo sviluppo e il lancio di progetti di design end-to-end, così come il coinvolgimento in diverse fasi del processo di problem-solving. Con un ruolo pratico e diretto, il mio lavoro è tangibile, co-creativo e multifunzionale.
Cileno-tedesca di origine, a London per scelta. In oltre quindici anni, ho collaborato con team e clienti in Cile e nel Regno Unito — lavorando in modo indipendente e con agenzie come Interbrand, Oliver, Grey e Daw. Parlo inglese, spagnolo, tedesco e italiano. Attualmente sono Senior UX Designer presso Konrad Group a London, embedded nel team di prodotto di un importante retailer britannico, dove lavoro sulla UX dei servizi finanziari.
