Ich bin eine neugierige CX-Beraterin und Designerin mit umfassender Erfahrung in digitalem Design, Markenstrategie und Geschäftsinnovation. Meine kundenzentrierte Arbeit hat Menschen und Organisationen geholfen, neue Wege der Wertschöpfung zu entdecken und Wachstum neu zu entfachen.
Meine Erfahrung umfasst die Entwicklung und den Launch von End-to-End-Designprojekten sowie die Mitwirkung in verschiedenen Phasen des Problemlösungsprozesses. In einer praxisnahen Rolle ist meine Arbeit greifbar, co-kreativ und funktionsübergreifend.
Chilenisch-deutsch von Herkunft, in London zu Hause. Über fünfzehn Jahre hinweg habe ich mit Teams zusammengearbeitet und Kunden in Chile und dem Vereinigten Königreich betreut — selbstständig sowie mit Agenturen wie Interbrand, Oliver, Grey und Daw. Ich spreche Englisch, Spanisch, Deutsch und etwas Italienisch. Derzeit bin ich Senior UX Designerin bei Konrad Group in London, embedded im Produktteam eines führenden britischen Einzelhändlers mit Fokus auf UX für Finanzdienstleistungen.
